Full payment for the whole order must be made when the order is placed via e-Builder platform. Payment terms are non-negotiable and are subject to change without notice.
Order can be canceled within 24 hours of the order being submitted. Cancellation requests must be done in e-Builder app. Cancellation requests via phone will not be accepted. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
Changes can not be made to submitted and confirmed order. If a customer would like to make changes, the cancellation of the original order is required. After a successful cancellation, the customer can make a new order with desired changes.
e-Builder processes and packs orders as fast as possible. Once the order has been submitted for more than 24 hours, the products will be taken off the shelves and packed already. If customers would like to make changes after 24 hours, they must go through the Return Process.
We offer a 7 day no questions asked $0 restocking fee return policy. If you decide that you're not satisfied with your e-Builder purchase you can easily return products to our warehouses in Vancouver or Toronto. Call us at 888-913-1358 for more details.
Returned and exchanged items must be returned to us in their original packaging.
Exchange for an item that costs more than that original choice, The difference should be paid by clients.
Exchange for an item that costs less than the initial purchase, the difference will be refunded back to the payment method used in the transaction. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
We are only able to accept the returned product in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
Please note that custom orders and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for delivery, for assembly service, and for delivery.
Any products shipped outside of Canada are not covered by our return policy.
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
Any purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
Any purchase made by cash will be refunded in cash; any purchase made by debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of the transaction is not covered by our return policy.
Replacement/Missing Items:
Replacement requests are accepted only Before Assembly and only on parts with quality issues. Customers must provide photos of the parts that need to be replaced. Once the replacement claim is approved, we will ship out the replacements without extra charges.
Customer is responsible to make sure all items are received. The customer needs to inspect all products according to the packing list at the presence of the carrier representative (eg. the driver). If a customer noticed any damages, missing items from the shipment, a remark needs to be written on the waybill, and the driver needs to sign it. A picture of the way bell with the remark and driver’s signature is requested when submitting a claim for missing items, and the claim should be made immediately after receiving the shipment. If you sign and accept the delivery you are agreeing that all the items in your order have been received.
Please claim for the missing parts via our service phone. Our Customer Service will help with the shipping of missing parts as soon as possible.
On some rare occasions, the customer’s order might be out of stock. In that case, the customer can choose to cancel the order or wait for a new shipment to come in.
Shipping:
On average, orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. e-Builder can not guarantee the delivery time, so please allow enough time for transit. Customers can track their shipments with the tracking number provided once the shipments are picked up by the shipping company.
The freight rates are automatically generated based on the weight of the shipment, destination of package and location (zip code). Because of the constant changes in fuel prices and shipping costs, shipping fees are subject to modifications. An app generated shipping cost is not guaranteed, and e-Builder reserves the right to change shipping costs if necessary.
Residential delivery is defined as curbside delivery to your home (it does not include inside delivery or any additional accessorials). If you are not willing or able to accept curbside delivery by yourself, you will have to make arrangements to have someone there to help. In some cases, where the shipment is too heavy for the driver to place on the ground all at once, you may be required to assist the driver to get your cabinet order removed from the delivery truck. It is very important to have someone there that is physically capable of helping if need be.
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct for your order. e-Builder will NOT be responsible for ANY address errors made by the purchaser when checking out. In the event, you realize you made an error with the shipping address please contact us immediately to correct the mistake. If we can correct the mistake before your shipment leaves our facility, you will not incur any additional charges.
*QUALITY
e-Builder supplies PRE-MADE wood cabinets.
Color: The color aberration of the cabinet doors and/or side panels is expected to not exceed 15%.
Scratch: Minor and insignificant scratches might be expected and are not quality issues.
Grain: The products are made of natural solid wood; as a result, the grain of the cabinets, the density of the wood and the consistency of the paint of cabinets are uncontrollable.
Tolerance: As of the nature of wood products, cabinets are expected to shrink, distort, crack or/and bend in various circumstances. Only when the cabinets have been used in a normal condition and the dimension of the cabinet of the shrinking, distortion, crack or/and bend is over 1/8", e-Builder will define it as a quality issue.
*Empty pallets and packaging materials such as plywood, cardboard, and foam are to be discarded by the customer at the customer's expense.
*In some cases, additional charges may apply due to an inaccessible delivery address, island/rural deliveries (where there is no road to the delivery address), rural, multi-level apartment/condo buildings, deliveries to the city of New York, and various other obstacles. The customer will be responsible for coordinating and paying for additional services required to deliver the order.
